Important Notice
If you paid by debit or credit card, you must bring your payment card along with proof of identification. If you fail to validate your payment, your online transaction (all tickets in that invoice) will be cancelled, and you will not be permitted to attend the event.
Terms and conditions of the sale of tickets
This event only offers e-tickets and paper tickets. E-tickets will be delivered by email. Tickets cannot be refunded or re-sold. You will not be admitted without a ticket. Do not make copies of the e-tickets; only the first copy will be accepted. Do not fold the barcode area. Anybody presenting the e-ticket is considered the owner of the ticket, regardless of the name on the ticket. Even if you have proof of purchase, lost tickets will not be replaced or reissued. Your ticket is your responsibility. No children under 5 years old will be admitted without prior arrangements with the organizers. Organisers have the right to refuse entry into the auditorium to any children who do not have a valid ticket. Persons under 18 years of age must always be accompanied by a ticket-holding parent or legal guardian.
Every effort to admit latecomers (doors will be closed 30 minutes after the concert starts) will be made at a suitable break in the event, but admission cannot always be guaranteed.
